Bath is great for unusual events, there is always something going on and last week it was the Pearl Izumi Tour Series finale. The tour pitches teams of elite riders against each other on challenging city centre routes throughout the UK and having seen other rounds on TV I was looking forward to seeing it in the flesh.

Shooting in black and white can be rewarding and on a recent visit to London I visited the British Museum to explore and take some shots of this great building.

Taking place over eight nights the event consists of seven contemporary art installations and projections which utilise some of the city's most iconic buildings as their canvas'. Read MoreTo achieve this striking effect you don't need a fancy studio or a large black sheet, in fact all these shots have been taken during the day with the curtains wide open. The black background is achieved by dialing down the aperture until the whole scene turns black, an off camera flash is then introduced to illuminate the subject from one side.
Read MoreHere are a few images from a recent shoot showcasing the Fiat 500 Abarth and some new custom Corbeau seats fitted by GSM Performance in Nottinghamshire. It was a crisp autumnal evening and the turning leaves contrasted well with the bright red of the Abarth.
